DialPlan is set of Dialing Rule which are going to follow at the time of dialing for Dialing Prefix and Carrier Routing. System has an option to set predefined DialPlan based on Routes, Prefix, and Carrier and Dial Plan Pattern.
Configuration and management is simple and define in the system under the “Routing Management” –>“DialPlans” menu.There we can add, edit and delete the DialPlan.
Prefix | This id to set Prefix for Dialing Number | It Supports Integer Value only and it is Mandatory. |
Route | This is the Dropdown selection consisting list of routes already available in the system. Select a route for Dial Plan. | It Supports Alphanumeric Value and its Mandatory |
Carrier | This is the Dropdown selection consisting list of Carrier already available in the system. Select a carrier for Dial Plan. | It Supports Alphanumeric Value and its Mandatory |
Priority | This is the drop down for selecting Priority defines to call | This supports Numeric values ”1”, ”2”, ”3”, ”4”. |
Start Day | This defines day of the week for call originate. | This supports integer values ”0”, ”1”, ”2”, ”3”, ”4”, ”5”, ”6”. |
Start Time | This defines Time at which call originate. | It Supports Date and time and is Mandatory. |
End Day | This defines day of the week for call terminate. | This supports integer values ”0”, ”1”, ”2”, ”3”, ”4”, ”5”, ”6”. |
End Time | This defines Time at which call terminate. | It Supports Date and time and is Mandatory. |
Load Share | This defines sharing the call volume between the same priority carrier. | This supports numeric value and its mandatory. |
Status | This defines Status of the Dial Plan having selection. “Active” or “Inactive” | It Supports Binary “0” or “1”. |
